Once we receive your listing info, we will prepare your listing agreement and email it to you. After signing the listing agreement, you can mail, scan/email or fax it to our office. Once we receive the signed listing agreement and payment we will put your property on MLS by the end of the next working day. Payment can be made online via Pay Pal, Google Checkout, or you can mail a check to our office.

We would also ask that you email us some pictures of your home. Please include at least one picture of the front of the home from the street. You may submit up to 10 pictures for MLS.
