TCAT Realty is available to help buyers and sellers who are interested in pre-foreclosure properties. If you are in a pre-foreclosure situation as a seller and have time, there are a number of solutions available to you. Please take the time and look into them. It is always in your best interest to speak with your lender or another lender about possible solutions. If you need to sell your home within 60 days, we have a special service available at a reduced rate. The limited marketing service fee is $20. The property will be marketed to registered buyers who are interested in pre-foreclosures and have a demonstrated ability to close quickly. Buyers must put down a minimum deposit of 10% at contract with closing within 7-14 days. Sellers agree to pay TCAT Realty Services a commission per the listing agreement. The marketing will be limited to direct emailing to the registered buyers. TCAT Realty will act as a non-representation broker for both parties in an auction capacity. Buyers may submit sealed bids until the bidding is closed at which time a buyer will be selected. If you want to become a registered buyer, please fill in the items (B) below.
